For the purpose of these Terms, “EzDrop”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to EzDrop, operated by [Legal Entity Name].

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, making the booking advance, or using our transport service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you are arranging transport for another person or group, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Nature of the Website
The EzDrop website is a transport enquiry and quotation platform.
- A vehicle
- A driver
- A fare
- A pickup time
- A route
- A journey
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm any of the above. A private EzDrop journey is confirmed only after we review the travel requirement, communicate availability and pricing, you accept the quotation, EzDrop receives the required 30% booking advance, and EzDrop sends written confirmation through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or another approved channel.
4. Services
Depending on availability, EzDrop may arrange:
- Local prearranged transport within Goa
- Airport pickup and drop
- Railway station pickup and drop
- One way outstation travel
- Round trip travel
- Multi city travel
- Hotel and resort transportation
- Corporate and employee transportation
- Wedding and event transportation
- Group travel
- Vehicles for travel agencies and transport vendors
Services may be fulfilled using vehicles owned, managed, attached, contracted, or arranged through authorised transport partners, subject to applicable permits and regulations.

Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 24 hours from the time it is shared.
Availability and pricing may change if the quotation is not accepted within its validity period.

7. Payment Terms
A 30% advance payment is required to confirm a private EzDrop booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid at or before the end of the journey.
For multi day, corporate, event, premium vehicle, or high value bookings, EzDrop may request a different payment schedule. Any revised schedule will be communicated before confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include:

A payment is considered received only after it is successfully credited and verified by EzDrop.
Customers should not make payment to any personal account or QR code that has not been officially shared or verified by EzDrop.
8. Booking Confirmation
Payment of the advance alone does not confirm a journey unless EzDrop has also issued written confirmation. The confirmation may include:
- Customer name
- Pickup location
- Destination
- Travel date
- Pickup time
- Vehicle category
- Agreed fare
- Advance received
